Exceptional value for money with friendly hosts.
Unfortunately, the WiFi was unreliable during our stay, which was quite frustrating. The shower pressure varied greatly, making it difficult to enjoy a consistent, comfortable experience. the thick duvet was unnecessary for the season, which affected our comfort during the night.

enjoyable stay with great views
The breakfast selection impressed everyone in my family, offering everything hot and beautifully presented. The staff was exceptionally helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. Our room had a lovely sea view that enhanced our experience, and the flowers outside added a charming touch to the overall ambiance.
Wi-Fi connection could use improvement.

the langham was such an amazin place for our family stay! the staff were super sweet, really helpful with makin sure the kids were fed, and breakfast had loads of choices which was fab. rooms were spacious, comfy beds made for great sleep, and having a mini fridge was a nice touch. There’s a cool bar downstairs too. we played pool, and it was quiet so the kiddos could chill. love their story about supportin that non-profit school, shows how much heart they have!
the wi-fi was super spotty during our stay and the parking was a bit tricky, had to walk a little bit.

Amazing views and great hosts!
We had such a fab time! Geoff and Jacqui were super welcoming and always around to help. Our attic room was a trek up 5 flights, but the sea view was totally worth it. Breakfast had loads of options, really tasty! One thing, though, parking's a bit of a walk so be prepared for that.

Shower pressure delivered a refreshing experience, and the selection of shampoo and body wash added a nice touch to the stay.
The WiFi was out for the entire stay, causing disappointment, especially for younger guests. The coffee and tea setup took up most of the bedside table, forcing you to set things on the floor to make it work. Small bathrooms made some amenities feel cramped, but cleanliness was impressive throughout.

langham bed & breakfast is right on the seafront, making it perfect for families. the staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring the kiddies were well-fed at breakfast. our family room was spacious and had a mini fridge, which was a nice touch. being able to relax in the quiet bar area while my son played pool was a bonus!

I stayed in a Family Room with Shower for 5 nights, and it was really spacious which was awesome for us as a family of four. The beds were super comfy, and we all slept really well! Plus, having a mini fridge was nice. The bathroom was good too, and the staff were so attentive, even making sure the kids had enough to eat at breakfast! it’s a fantastic family spot right on the seafront.
